Z-Zone motor's copper endbell design and completely new motor can design is developed by Integy. Even though some concepts are revised versions of existing designs, many have never before been incorporated into R/C electric motors. There will be total of 5 different design patents covering various parts of the new EVO Z-Zone motor line. Z-Zone new generation rebuildable SPEC19 motor, 19 turn, 19AWG, 24 degree fixed timing, 2 ball bearings, 3 surface mount capacitors built-in with blue LED indicator, 6 large venturi cooling vents on motor can, extensive use of copper material on endbell to keep operating temperature as low as possible, this motor is designed for new high capacity batteries up to 4200mAh, blue armature coating makes teching easier, low armature mass makes spool up speed faster, use normal laydown springs and standard laydown brushes, very easy to tune, using a motor lathe to true commutator often is recommended, meets all ROAR & NORRCA mechanical specification
